Good to Know Before You Come In

Is Botox the same as filler?

Is Botox the same as filler?

No. Botox (and Letybo) relax the muscles that cause expression lines, like forehead lines or crow's feet. Dermal fillers add volume to areas that have lost it, like cheeks or lips. Many patients use both, but they solve different problems — your consultation will help clarify which one addresses your specific concern.

Will I look "overdone"?

Will I look "overdone"?

Our approach is built around natural-looking results — enhancing your features, not changing them. Misty Burton, FNP-C, assesses your facial anatomy before recommending product amounts or placement, and will tell you honestly if a request is likely to look unnatural on you.

How long do results last?

How long do results last?

It depends on the treatment. Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Dermal fillers generally last longer than wrinkle relaxers, though exact duration depends on the specific product and treatment area. Regenerative treatments like PRF and microneedling build gradually and are often maintained with periodic sessions.

Do I need to be a certain age to start?

Do I need to be a certain age to start?

There's no single "right age" to start aesthetic treatments — it depends on your skin, your goals, and what you're trying to address. Some patients start with preventative Botox in their late 20s; others come to us later for volume restoration.

What's the difference between PRF and traditional filler?

What's the difference between PRF and traditional filler?

PRF uses your own blood's platelets to stimulate your body's natural healing and collagen production. Traditional fillers add volume directly using a synthetic or biosynthetic gel. Both have a place — some patients prefer PRF's more natural process, while others need the more immediate, predictable volume of a filler.

Is the weight loss program just a prescription?

Is the weight loss program just a prescription?

No. It includes lab work, monthly provider visits, meal plan updates, and weekly check-ins — because medication alone rarely produces lasting results.
